Return Window
We accept returns within 15 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed, in original packaging with all tags included.
Non-Returnable Items
- Items used, washed, or damaged by the customer
- Gift cards and digital products
- Clearance or final sale items
How to Initiate a Return
Email support@grocentro.com with your order number and reason for return. We will send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your item, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Defective or Incorrect Items
Contact us immediately at support@grocentro.com with photos. We cover return shipping and send a replacement or full refund at no charge.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect.
